The Boiler Replacement Scheme is to help home owners with the cost of replacing boilers. The boiler must be at least 15 years old.

You may qualify if you:

> live in Northern Ireland
> own and occupy your property as your main home
> have a household gross income less than £40,000 per year
> have a boiler which is at least 15 years old
