Kenward's were contracted to carry out groundworks, services, footings, foundations, hard and soft landscaping, access roads, pavements and carparks at a site in Queen's Mead Chiddingfold. Kenward's work at the Esquire Ford Road Housing Development in Arundel continues. The topography of the land is challenging, so drainage and water management remains a priority. Our team are working with Esquire to ensure the properties and surrounding landscape remains well drained, with carefully planned drainage, retention ponds, retaining walls, block and slab patios and paths and block paved access roads, passing bays and parking bays.

Another Basingstoke Canal Authority project completed! We were asked to remove a rusty, unsafe footbridge at Lock 2 on the Basingstoke Canal and replace with a new, improved bridge. Original stone edging and bricks were reused and new concrete ramps installed, ensuring access for all!
