existing floor reduced dig of 300mm for a new concrete slab,tanking and then insulated and screeded. ✅

New joists bolted to existing due to being so out and bowing and then boarded.
installed by Kieran Allen from isle build. ✅

Stud work walls and partition walls installed and insulated and boarded. ✅

All new electrics throughout installed by Dean Ball. ✅

New drainage installed ready for the bathroom
