Hi all,

Tomorrow I am running 54km for British heart foundation in memory of my dad. 💙

Whilst I haven’t shared my fundraising page yet, here it is.
If you can help it would mean the world to me and to the charity.
Anything would be greatly received even £1 adds up 🙏

It’s a big challenge as I will be running from close to Abertillery to Aust (the English side of the old seven bridge).

I will give a live update on the run tomorrow ✅

Having lost my dad 25/6/26 his memory continues to push me and helps me make some sense of what’s happened.

🚨Massive apologies for the message delays currently dealing with a lot personally and have some on going issues my end. 🚨
I will get through as many as possible into next week.
If I look tired ……… I am 😬
I had dropped my days to two a week (which will now be increased) but that’s left me a-bit behind on messages and work without considering the personal on going issues and of course the more obvious recent bereavement.🫥
I’ve got a big day Sunday which is a 54 km run in memory of my recently past dad and British heart foundation,
So I will get through the messages come Monday-Tuesday.

Busy day lots of plumbing done 👍🏻
Two new taps for this customer ……… a pull out kitchen tap and an outside tap plumbed in ✅💦

Dealt with some pipe spaghetti today 😬 not a clip insight in some places!
Push fit not tightened at the collar, some inserts missing, a leak from the condensate pipe, leaking isolation valve and fittings under strain by being too “tight” and not using straights where possible. ………… sorted the leaks, push fit and bled all rads/increased pressure at the boiler.
Due to go back in two weeks to redo the spaghetti pipe the last person left. 😬🤷🏼‍♂️
Oh and sort the massive uphill climb the condensate pipe has 🫣

Customer wanted a hot outside tap to go with their previously done cold. ✅💦

Internet box mounted to the wall ✅
New tap head after the previous had broken ✅
Stripped old sealant and resealed patio doors ✅
Tv mounted on a tilt/turn bracket✅
Made a cat friend 😺✅

30km run this morning.
Up at 05:00 this morning, had a coffee and food and was out running.
Plenty of PBs today too 🏃🏼🔥
Called on dad to help me through the last 2-3 km 🙏
