Skilled CNC Miller /Programmer / Setter / Operator - Full Time, Part Time, Shift & Permanent Position
The highest pay rates in South Wales will reflect the experience level.

Required skills:
· Time served and experienced CNC Programmer competent in programming FANUC & Mazatrol control systems up to 5 Axis with specific experience of MAZAK machinery programming
· Specifically, applicants should have a strong background in programming, setting and operating CNC Milling machines
· Ideal candidate will be unafraid of taking a lead role in our mills section
· A working knowledge of CNC Mills robotic production
* Experience using CMM facilities and other measuring equipment
* The ability to work from engineering drawings is absolutely essential, as is knowledge of working to tolerances
* Using Fusion 360 or One-CNC, CAD systems
· Must have the ability to work using own initiative, and undertake first off inspections
· Must be conscientious, hard-working and self-motivated with excellent standards, a positive attitude and a desire to learn
· Must be quality standards aware
* Be comfortable communicating with management regarding any issues whatsoever
* Ensuring proper use of tools and programming techniques to produce high-precision components.
* Conscious of our continuous improvement initiatives, whilst also identifying opportunities to enhance production efficiency and quality.
* Assisting where required in skills development of apprentices
