Good to see some progression on this scheme which involves a full temporary roof and crash deck to remove the existing RAAC Roof Structure, Install new roof framing and finishes alongside fitting out the delivery office below whilst the remaining building is LIVE.

Challenging scheme to ensure that all Temporary Works design and approvals in place prior to the quick commencement alongside ensuring that the existing mail function is impacted upon.

CQS carried out the BoQ compilation, estimating, planning, tender interview, MEP advice, Quantity Surveying function on behalf of our Tier 1 Client.

Works to be carried out in approx 10-12 weeks.

We had a productive site visit yesterday at one of our projects in Battersea.

Our client, VINCI, initially engaged us to carry out the BoQ compilation, tendering, and pre-construction duties, including programme.

Following their successful appointment, VINCI retained our services to provide Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management support throughout the project.

This 2,000m² fit-out will deliver a new health centre, with a project value of approximately £7 million and a 50-week programme.

Great news! Lino Malnati has been promoted to a Director of the Business, effective 1st January 2025 – a well-deserved recognition of his hard work and contributions.

Lino will be taking on the lower-value, high-volume estimating function while leading the internal management of the business and developing new client opportunities.

Christopher remains as MD and Leader but will now focus on a more strategic role, including our recent business acquisition.

We are thrilled to confirm our acquisition as an equal shareholder in RD MEP Management.
