We’ve been spending a little time at one of the more tasteful developments in the newquay area.
Nansledan , where we have been fitting secondary external doors, very useful if you want to enter or exit the garage without having to open and shut the large main door every time.

Various stages through to completion of a renovation we undertook on the coastline at Morgan Porth.

Just to mention a few things.
Repaired and replaced rotten roof timbers and re roofed complete properly recycling a lot of the original tiles.
Removal of the large central chimney stack opened the space up downstairs creating a much more user friendly appealing space and more room upstairs.
Removing the wall between the kitchen and dinner gives better flow for modern living.
New oak staircase and rail filled in with glass panels looks very impressive.
New windows doors and also patio and French doors installed to allow access onto new external composite decking and hot tub.
Upstairs balcony accessed via upstairs master bedroom and external
staircase.
Improvements made to front parking area gives great verb appeal.
VL cement board cladding installed front and rear.
The above mentions just a few of the improvements and remedial works
