After a few good days away visiting Grant Ireland and looking at the new Aerona 4 heat pump it was back to business with the old Vicaridge. Bathrooms second fixed and heat pump and plant room complete. A measured ▵T of 6 degrees and a flow rate of 36 litres per minute meant I could provide heating and hot water to all heating circuits comfortably not only that but the temperature probes registered no heat loss at all to the cylinder coil maximising recovery on the hot water tank. Who said you can't heat old buildings with a heat pump? 🙌🏼 big ups to the ledgend that Is for being my plus one it was definitely an adventure. “A journey through Time”

When you breath new life into old buildings for me there is always that bit more satisfaction, here’s a fine example of a pre 1900 Barn transformed and heated by a heat pump.. Yes that’s right a heat pump.. 10 small kw’s of energy to heat this nearly complete home in Zelah. Big ups to for your great attention to detail on this project and the belief it could be done. Bringing old and new together with Technology 🙌🏽

As C2 kerosine prices drop we have seen a small rise in oil fired boiler installations this last few weeks. The Grant vortex pro system boiler installed here along with a 1300 litre Harlequin bunded tank. Off Grid heating is a large consideration for lots of people in Cornwall and whether it’s renewable, oil or Lpg we’ve got you covered this winter ❄️ 🥶🙌🏽👌🏽
