Stunning ICF build down overlooking beach in Falmouth. Quite a challenge applying this render system on my own with many scaffold lifts and 40 metres of pipe running off of the predator sprinter machine for most of this application. Full Baumit thin coat system applied and all supplied by the team at superior render supplies in Cornwall.

Not posted for a while. Been busy on several new projects this being one of them. Had the pleasure of following on with these guys from Dwell Construction in Newquay who produce lovely details and finish.
Carried out the internal plastering on this house that was an old run down commercially used house into 3 stunning apartments.
Had to recently go back just to finish a few bits and to see the apartments painted and see the continued flow of a high end finish. Will look forward to working with these guys again. Johnson

Thin Coat job finished yesterday in Penryn Cornwall.
Full Baumit system over cement board, some challenges due to full access around the building but got there in the end. Was part of the boarding process also where the builder and I came up with the window detail on the heads of the windows ensuring maximum airflow where needed. Have to say Baumit as a system is one of the best I’ve used. Overall
I think it looks nice against the white frame windows and black facias.

Got so sick of not having decent trestles to do certain jobs especially on uneven ground that I finally made my own. Bonus that the mesh roller fits across the width of trestle and there’s enough width to run 2x600mm youngmans side by side, they’re about 1600mm high but feet adjust another 300mm so by the time you put youngman boards on you’re virtually 2 metres. Worked off of them today, now asking myself why they only took me 25 years to finally make, better late than never I suppose. If anyone wants to know the costings….they were a lot…work smarter not harder 💪🏽
