We've been busy at work with the new apartments in Rostrevor

We've the old hall in the church transformed into a new 2 bed apartment with restoring the stunning stained glass windows and mouldings, we've insulated the roof and walls with insulated plasterboard. The first fix electrical and plumbing have been completed and the plasterers are in so we'll be onto the finishing of this one over the coming weeks.

Out the back we've the second apartment foundations, sub floors and blockwork all done with the roofers in at the minute putting the new flat roof on. We've 6 flat light veluxes going in to bring plenty of natural light into the rooms. Over the coming weeks we have the new windows getting installed and then we're ready for the electricans and plumbers to do there first fix. We'll keep you updated on this one in the coming weeks

Here’s a look at a recent office fit out the team done 🗄️🖥️ it was a quick turn around on this one we started at the end of October with all new partition walls, insulation, flooring, plumbing and electrical fit out with trunking throughout all brought back to the new servers. We got this one finished off just before the new year in time for the new tenants to get opened for 2026

🌟Project update on our new build in Camlough🌟

🔶Plasterers have finished all the internal and external plastering
🔶Liquid insulation has been poured throughout the house
🔶Plumbers have installed all underfloor heating and we have heating on
🔶Liquid screed has been poured and dried
🔶Electrician has all stats wired and fitted and 2nd fix started
🔶Painters are in to start spraying the internal walls

We're onto the finishing of this one with floors and tiles starting to go down next week we'll keep more updates coming soon 🤩

We're getting close to handover on this one 🏠

🔶Zinc cladding has been finished on all flat roofs
🔶External walls have been finished with k-rend
🔶Electricians have been in and finished the second fix
🔶Tilers are in and moving through the house
🔶Second fix joinery has started with laminate floors and skirting down in the bedrooms
🔶Kitchen units have started going in
🔶External works have started with sewers and treatment plant going in this week

We'll keep the pics coming as the rest of the floors, kitchen and bathrooms are fitted in this one 🤩

The work has been flying along with this one 🏠

🔶Roofers have finished the tiling with electric velux and solar panel trays fitted
🔶Stone work has been finished, clients went for Kilkenny Limestone
🔶Electricians have been in and finished the first fix
🔶Most of the external windows and doors have been fitted with black frames
🔶Plumbers have mechanical ventilation fitted throughout
🔶Suspended ceilings fitted throughout downstairs

We'll be onto the internal boarding and plastering in the coming weeks we'll give you more updates as we progress on this one

🏠Another home ready for its new tenants🌟

The team are delighted to hand over Oberon Villa to its new tenants and it was great to be apart of this project bringing Oberon back to its former glory. This job has been full of challenges with much restoration throughout to tie in with the more modern extension. It started with new internal cavity stud walls erected with insulated board to stop problems of damp and heat loss, there was an all new electrical fit out with underfloor heating installed downstairs and radiators installed upstairs running of ASHP. New floor insulation and liquid screed was installed with the restoration consisting of wood work, windows, doors and fireplaces. External works are ongoing and should be finished in the coming days. It was great to work with the owner Naula along with Gaan Architects bringing this house to life again and a big thanks for all the hard work by all the team at Meeko Construction and subbies PF Mechanical LTD , G McGrath Electrical LTD Marty Melville Plastering

🌟What A Transformation 🌟

Have a look at this transformation of the outside of Oberon Villa in Omeath, We've the scaffold down now and can finally see how beautiful this restoration is going to be.

The kitchen and painting is to be finished next week along with the external works and we'll get all of the finished pictures up then but in the mean time we've added in a sneak peak of the kitchen for yous in this post with some of the units already fitted 👀

Another weeks work done 🙌🏻
We thought we’d give you a bit of an update on our new build in Dromintee,

🔶 Plasterers have finished all the inside work a few weeks ago
🔶Stone works been finished
🔶Liquid Insulation has been poured and set
🔶Plumbers have been in and installed the underfloor heating

We’ve liquid screed being poured early next week then after a few weeks drying we’ll be getting into the finishing of this one 🏡
