Photos of ongoing renovation project near Louth Neagh, Co Antrim. 🔨

The rear back wall, measuring approximately 6 meters in length, was removed by temporarily supporting the 600mm-thick first-floor stone wall and gable, which weighs approximately 22 tons.
This has significantly opened up the new kitchen area, featuring a prominent chimney breast with a large opening for the stove.

The vaulted ceiling has been constructed using scissor trusses, adding both height and elegance to the space.
Additionally, new large window openings offer stunning views of the lough complemented by four sets of triple conservation roof windows and long sliding doors. This will ensure the kitchen is filled with natural light ☀️
