Delighted to see the continued progress at Hannon Steel’s new Nutts Corner facility — a major £22 million investment in Northern Ireland’s steel storage and distribution infrastructure.

As main contractor, S&E Contracts Ltd are proud to be delivering this project on behalf of Hannon Steel Ltd

The site is now nearing completion, and it was great to welcome Robin Swann MP to see the scale and progress of the development.

We’re pleased to report excellent progress on the new Drivers Welfare Facility at Hannon Transport’s Lusk Depot, Co. Dublin.
The bolt boxes are now installed and precisely aligned, ready to receive the steel frame as we move into the next key phase of construction.
We're now gearing up for the steel structure installation, marking a major milestone in delivering this modern, two-storey facility.
Designed with driver wellbeing at its core, the building will feature:

💪 A state-of-the-art gym
🛏️ Comfortable sleeping quarters
🍽️ A fully equipped kitchen
🚿 Spacious showers
🧼 All essential amenities to support rest and recovery
