Protego Air Conditioning is a growing, trusted name in commercial and residential climate control. We’re known for delivering high-quality air conditioning installations, servicing, and maintenance. We are now looking to expand our leadership team by bringing on an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer at Director level.
This is a hands-on leadership role – ideal for a highly skilled, F-Gas certified engineer who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and help steer the business towards new growth and service excellence.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead on-site surveys to assess client requirements and advise on the best air conditioning solutions.
• Oversee and carry out installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems (split, VRF/VRV, multi-split systems).
• Ensure all projects meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to subcontractors.
• Contribute to business development and project planning at director level.
• Build strong relationships with commercial and residential clients.
• Represent Protego Air Conditioning professionally as a leader in the field.

✅ What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance.
• F-Gas Category 1 Certification (essential).
• Strong understanding of a range of HVAC systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, etc.).
• Experience in leading teams or running projects independently.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ambition to grow within a company and shape its future.
