We finished up this stunning patio earlier this week.
Slabbed with gorgeous porcelain over concrete pads prepared by our customer.
Not only does this transform the garden and look amazing, it’s been doubly nice for us to do because it’s on the same site we built the extension for a few years ago.
So to have seen this from start to finish has been amazing.
Our customers here have worked so hard doing all their own prep work, all the stone walls, designing the perfect layout to give multiple areas to enjoy and it’s been great for us to be invited back to give this the finishing touch it deserves.
A truly stunning garden 😀
Our lads once again have worked so hard and we’ve all been involved during this patio, so all got to see the whole job come together.

Now our customer just has glass balustrades to fit to fully complete the look, and then hopefully we get a nice summer for them to sit back and enjoy this fantastic outdoor space 🤞

New commercial warehouse/yard that we have recently renovated, now looking much smarter, and with a new roof, watertight. This yard will shortly be finding a new tenant to make the most of its great main road location.

A cute little alcove cupboard made by Novobuild last week. It has really brightened up what was a dark corner. Made specifically for a fish tank to sit on, with storage below.

Friday Funday….one of our teams has been working on a roof this week. Any guesses where they have been working?

Another house refresh for a landlord customer of ours.
This one was mainly a redecoration, but did include upgrading insulation.

Jobs undertaken;
-Clean out and strip out.
-Add insulated plasterboards to the external facing walls in 3x beds and lounge.
-Plaster new boarded walls plus fit new skirtings and inner cills.
-Change all kitchen cupboard frontals and end panels.
-Remove old extractor cupboard and replace with modern extractor fan.
-Ply line kitchen floor.
-Prime and latex floors in bathroom, rear hall, and conservatory.
-Re decorate throughout whole house.
-Fit curtain poles and bathroom blind.

A fairly quick run through for us and now the house is all freshened up ready for re-rental and becoming somebody’s home again 😀
