This is not a sell but more to help the vulnerable and more needing help with warming their homes and saving them money on their bills. Landlords, Tenants and Home Owners are entitled to these grants if you qualify if your property has a EPC rating of a E, F or G
This may be beneficial to you, your family or friends, our aim is to help people reduce their bills with totally free energy saving measures and home improvements.
These are free government funded grants under the new ECO4 scheme to replace non-condensing boilers, old boilers (over 15 years old) install solar PV and insulate walls, lofts and floors.
There are 3 ways you could meet the criteria, but you only need ONE 'route' to qualify;
Route 1 - Qualifying benefits but benefits are NOT necessary. (See our ECO benefit below)
Route 2 - Any adult or children in your property with a health conditions such as
Respiratory (Asthma, COPD, lung cancer
Cardiovascular (hypertension, heart attack, stroke, angina. Ect.
Immunosuppression (cancer rheumatological disease, splenectomy. Ect.
Limited mobility.
Route 3 - The household income is less than £31,000.
