ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
You are invited to attend our Fundraising Committee Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Date: Thursday 24th September 2026

Venue: The Lion Inn, Llandinam, SY17 5BY

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Game Change Project Fundraising Committee will be held on the date and at the time shown above.
The AGM provides an opportunity for members to come together, hear about the work and achievements of The Game Change Project over the past year, review our progress and look ahead to our plans for the future.
Agenda
The meeting will include:
1. Welcome and apologies
2. Matters arising
3. Chair's report
4. Director/Management report
5. Financial report and accounts
6. Review of the year's achievements
7. Plans and priorities for the coming year
8. Election/re-election of volunteer members
9. Any other business
10. Questions and discussion
11. Date of next meeting and close
We warmly encourage all members of the community to attend and take the opportunity to hear about the work of The Game Change Project, ask questions and contribute to discussions about our future fundraising.
If you wish to raise an item under Any Other Business, please submit it to [email protected] by Monday 14th September 2026.
Relevant meeting papers will be made available to members at the meeting.

Traditional Skills, Old-Fashioned Values 🌟

The word "traditional" doesn't always get the best press in today’s fast-paced world, but here at GameChange, we are unashamedly proud to champion strong, timeless values with every young person who walks through our doors.

This week, we’ve been doubling down on the power of good manners and everyday thoughtfulness—and our brilliant youngsters have completely blown us away!

Just look at some of the wonderful things we’ve seen so far:
Welcoming guests with a warm smile and a confident handshake 🤝

Stopping to say a genuine "thank you" to their coaches at the end of a session

Showing incredible gentleness and kindness toward our elderly community members and our animals 🐾

Kindly offering to brew a well-deserved cup of tea for our staff ☕

Stepping back to hold a door open and let others pass first

It’s the little things that leave the biggest impact, and watching these young people step up with such care reminds us why we do what we do.

We are back on Tuesday! ✨The summer holidays have flown by, and we are incredibly excited to welcome our young people back to The Game Change Project!
📅 Start Date: Tuesday, 1st September
🚫 Please Note: We are NOT affected by school inset days. Sessions run as normal!

We have an amazing term lined up full of outdoor learning, hands-on skills, and new adventures. We cannot wait to see everyone back and meet all our new starters. See you all very soon! 👍🚜🐴🔨
