Kitchen and utility second fixed and live today in Guildford.

Two rooms knocked into one, creating this beautiful open usable space.

A bespoke kitchen and a large format stone floor with underfloor heating throughout.
This old time house has a lovely new feel to it, whilst maintaining a style that’s in keeping with the age of the property.
