I’m terrible and taking photos of completed work, but this is one I remembered to take pictures of. There was a bit of patch rendering to do around the side, repair the render around the chimney and re seal the windows, followed by a lovely coat of paint on the walls and metal guttering and gate sanded and painted. Lovely customers , lovely weather when we did the work and lovely location of north molton. Great team effort and quick turn around. Hello all, I’d like to address an issue that has arisen whilst we are working. Someone has reported us for destroying nests, which is not true, we know the laws and regulations around protected animals and strictly adhere to them. If anyone does have questions about what we are doing whilst working please do approach us and ask and we will be more than happy to explain what we are doing. I’d rather not have the police turning up at my door asking questions whilst I have my kids and about to go on the school run, due to this my kids were late for school as was I for getting to site.

No nests or birds or eggs were destroyed whilst we are doing the work required to try and protect the people and equipment below, we have kept away from them, once nesting season is over or the seagulls have left the roof we shall then be going onto the next stage to make watertight that part of the roof

A bigger issue lies underneath unfortunately on this one. Straw and mud blocks used originally and unfortunately is falling apart. To the drawing board to come up with the most effective and cost efficient way to solving this one for the customer. It is now safe and no render going to fall on members of the public

More leaking roofs sorted in the last couple of days. A few more booked in a couple of weeks time, don’t wait until winter, it makes it far more difficult and costly to sort roofs in the winter.

A photo bomb from the work we having been doing recently, some jobs were quick get me out the s**t ones and other were more long term and nice finishes, we work to your budget and specs, creating what you want and can dream off, the only limit is your imagination.

Our most current job, this is due to someone reversing into the wall, so we pulled the rest down and put foundations in due to none being there, the wall is now a lot stronger, just got to finish it. This job was a lot more involved than we first thought due to a lot of water ponding in the corner and not any decent foundations or draining there.
