Hi to all our loyal and new clients. We are sorry to announce that we have to change our company name due to another company that has traded in a very similar name to ours that’s based in Sunderland but has done bad work we have been mistaken for the bad builder on 2 occasions but luckily the 2 lady’s had realised we were a different company. So because a bad review on the internet could destroy a company we just can’t take the chance to be mistaken again. We will update our socials in the next few days with our new company name. 🔨 A small kitchen and bathroom recently completed with an overlay underfloor heating system installed to take the chill out the room as this was such a damp and cold area of the property 🔨

What a nice and simple little transformation this was giving the customer some extra space in there bathroom with adding the sliding door as before hand the door opened in to the bathroom and made this awkward to move around👌

One of our recent velux loft conversions with no dormer this time 🛠👌

Our customer had a specific design that was suited to there requirements and they wanted the king post left in so a ridge steel was not required on this one as there was no dormer. so this is what we built 👌

We organise the whole project from plans to completion to take away any unwanted stress from our clients. 🛠
