Big enough to cope, small enough to care, we service , repair and install gas appliances, no daft offers, no free gifts, just a fair honest service to get you up and running again.

Using historical Met Office temperature data the 19th October is statistically classed as “National Turn On Day”.

Have you reached for your Thermostat yet?

What a day 😬

In amongst the usual service and repair requests, I took 33 phone calls relating to frozen condensate pipes alone today (including my own boiler which remained off when I left for work this morning). Luckily I managed to talk the majority of customers through it, with our engineers attending to the rest. The most common error codes are L2 (Ideal), E133/E28 (Baxi), F28 (Vaillant), EA (Worcester). This is what to do if it happens to you

Now to go home and follow my own advice 😂

Have you woken up to a broken boiler and it's also frozen outside? It sounds like you've figured out you might have a frozen boiler condensate pipe and want ...
