NorthEast Architectural Plans Architectural Services In July 2009 I started my own Architectural business NorthEast Architectural Plans.

The projects range from House Extensions to work at local Schools. I am also involved with work at Community Centres and Restaurants/Takeaway Food Outlets
My work usually centres on Design and Production Information, Building Regulation/Planning Applications, Tender Action and Site Supervision. I am proficient at carrying out any of all these duties. My Office is based in North Shields near Newcas

tle upon Tyne but I am capable of dealing with projects in all of the North East area. Where possible Sustainable Design will be incorporated into my Projects such has high insulation values, Heat Recovery, Solar Panels/ Photo Voltaic cells, Ground Source Heating and energy efficient lighting.

This Building is the old Roxy Theatre/Cinema in Leadgate and I did re-furbishment drawings for this about 20 years ago for my Friend the Builder Keith Barnes, he has been steadily working on it ever since and the community part of the building is now open, the theatre area is getting there and hopefully will be open in the near future

Was down our Caravan on the Yorkshire Moors at Weekend and we discovered this retreat for Special Needs People at Botton Village there was a Folk Festival there, what a beautiful place it was but as usual the money support has been stopped in the last few years so the care workers has been reduced and the place is becoming very run down, what a waste
