Meet Brad 👋

Brad is our Stores Manager and he plays a key role in keeping everything moving behind the scenes. From making sure orders go out on time to keeping stock organised and under control, he’s all about making sure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.

Brad’s journey at Ladbrook Mfg began as Production Operator and, through hard work and progression, moved into Senior Storeman and now Stores Manager.

It's Mental Health Awareness Week 🧠, which is a good reminder of just how important mental wellbeing is, both in and outside of work.

We moved to a 4-day working week and have seen a really positive difference. Team morale is better, work-life balance has improved, and there’s more energy and focus when everyone’s in.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, but small changes can make a real difference to how people feel day-to-day.

Our team has spent years on the workshop floor learning how to handle complex parts, avoiding issues, working through tricky parts, figuring things out, and keeping jobs moving.

Of course, machines help, but it’s really the people behind them that keep everything running. We’re really proud to have such a hardworking team. 💪
