JA Construction Site Services recently supported a new client by installing foundations for a new timber framed music studio along with 180 meters of cable route and stone driveway.

The foundations for the music studio consisted of installing 21No 100mm diameter grundomat piles to 5m deep and joist brackets to allow the timber building suppliers to build off.

Our client was delighted with the service and expertise we provided which enabled us to deliver the work successfully and within the time frame given.

JA Construction Site Services Ltd have collaborated with Total Rail Solutions to support one of our key clients on the Old Oak Common project by installing a CHS driven pile in a challenging location. Once again we had a successful installation and we were able to fulfill the clients specification and requirements.

Over half of the sheets installed had limited head room under an existing canopy, this was quite a challenge however due to our extensive experience, knowledge and skills we managed to successfully fulfil the clients requirements.

All Systems Go!

We have had a very busy and productive few weeks carrying out installations for our clients on Rail and in the power sector.

It was our pleasure to assist Readypower Terrawise with Installing one of their H Pile bases on the Macclesfield project and also continue installation of helical piles for transmission towers on the Tamworth to Drakelow project.

Alongside all the hardwork and focus onsite, we as a business are delighted to announce we have managed to achieve our CHAS accreditation and our also in the final stages of securing construction line accreditation too.

Another successful week Installing helical piles for transmission towers on behalf of Helical Pile Solutions Ltd. This week has certainly had it's challenges due to the hard ground and weather conditions, however the benefits of using helical piles allow us to adapt accordingly due to our knowledge and experience over the past 20 years to achieve a successful installation.

In addition to this we also carried out an installation of 4 x 610mm Diameter CHS piles for OLE structures on the rail infrastructure. We carried these out for Readypower Terrawise Ltd over a standard weekend possession and successfully installed them in under two hours using 2 x RRV's mounted with a Movax and BSP Hammer.
