Here are some photos of the new contract we have taken over in the north of the country for one of the largest housing companies in the UK. Taken over from a national ground maintenance company as the client had received a large amount of complaints.

Some of the comments we have received

'The site looks amazing after just one visit'
'We have spent more time on site one visit, then the previous contractor did in the year'
'My estate can finally be enjoyed again'
'Wow'

All these responses after one visit.

This is only a short term agreement for now, however, to be getting noticed throughout the UK by some of the biggest potential clients in the country, with incredible feedback is a great feeling!

Today we start a new contract throughout the Leeds area for one of the largest Property Management companies in the country. Taking over from a national ground maintenance company (one of the biggest ones)

We are being approached more and more by clients, disappointed by there service from the biggest ground maintenance companies.

We had it agreed friday at 1800 and was asked is we could start asap. The teams were out the door at 0500 this morning.

We maybe growing quickly as a buisness, however our standards and morals will always remain the same.

Its been a very hectic couple of weeks getting this across the line.

Thank you to the teams as always and the head office team helping get everything in place.

The last few months have certainly been madness with so many new clients and growing relationships with existing ones.

A couple of weeks ago MCGFM started working for a large national FM provider.

Yesterday I had a catch up chat, the feedback was...

'The teams are a breath of fresh air, the standards are brilliant and reporting for all works is incredible.

From one small job, we have had a couple of teams working for this client almost non stop and looks like it's only going to grow.

We are always looking to support FM Companies, property managers and national GM providers.

What a couple of weeks its been!

New contract started with a national FM company, fast becoming there national go to service provider.

Night call out to help secure an estate as unwanted visitors were attempting to gain entry

Continuing to assist a local area with labour and vehicles

Donated a couple of staff to assist the re-opening of a local public house.

In the office we have been knee deep in quotes, tenders, accreditation and planning the next stage of growth.

We had a slight scare a couple of months back, but this small set back is proving to be one of the best things that happened to us.

Here a few photos of the last few weeks

What a week this week has been.

It's been spent driving around Midlands and late night evening in the office measuring and viewing as well as pricing up estates and parish/town council tenders.

Its been great speaking to clients both existing and potentially new ones and discussing what MCGFM can do to improve standards as well as give value for money.

If you are looking for a new ground maintenance contractor for you estates, council or business, or a contractor who needs some assistance please get in touch.

Even if its just for an informal chat and coffee.
