Subsidence is a serious issue that effects a lot of houses. Here's some images from a recent repair, cracks were throughout the house. We replaced four ceilings, repaired the cracks with EML and cementitious grout and re-plastered with lime finish to match the existing plaster work. Re-decorated to the scope of the customer.

Recent rebuild of boundary wall which blew over in high winds. the rebuild took several weeks and included increasing the size of the footing, corbeling the brickwork for good building practices. Customer was very happy with the outcome.

Strand-build is up and running with new clients coming on board constantly. Here's a few images of one of the jobs we have completed. Fire damaged property refurbished back to client specification. Clients very happy to be back in their home finally!
