We completed a village hall kitchen fit out last week.
With function and ease of maintenance in mind we fitted 3 sinks, 2 ovens, a large induction hob and worktops with joining strips (allowing for easy replacement of a single section if ever damaged in the future).
Finished with a hard wearing LVT flooring.
The village hall community are going to be decorating the room themselves.

Another job jobbed last week.

Master en-suite - complete revamp with larger shower enclosure, led lit chowed niche, fully tiled walls and floor, re-plastered ceiling and new bathroom suite, spotlights, led mirror and new extractor fan.
W/C - New suite, re-plastered ceiling and wall, towel radiator fitted, lvt flooring and skirting, tile splash back and window cill, spotlights and led mirror.
Hallway - lvt flooring, entrance matting, skirting and Oak handrail to the stairs.

A Kitchen Island and Media wall where the jobs for last week.

The kitchen island was added to make use of unused open floor space to give more storage and a nice little breakfast bar area.

In the living room we built a fully custom Media wall with LED lighting to the shelves, shaker style doors and large cabinets along the bottom, finished off with a lovely oak top to make it pop just the right amount 👌 we look forward to seeing it all painted!

-3 large custom made mdf cupboards with shaker doors
-TV surround with a hidden access panel to access all the wiring
-Plasterboarded & Plastered ready for the customers decorator to put the finishing touch to it

Last week we finished up on our latest Garage conversion.
•Single internal garage converted in to a snug/office room with built in under stairs storage
•Bricked up exterior to match the original brickwork as close as possible
•Aco drains fitted on the driveway for drainage
•New doorway knocked through in to the existing living room
•Fire escape window with diamond leadwork to match the existing house windows.
•Full insulation and vapour barrier to current regulations
•Plasterboarded and plastered
•Walls and ceiling white washed, ready for the customer to put some colours on the walls/ceiling
•Custom MDF under stairs storage with 4 large drawers (900mm deep) and a large 2 door cupboard
•6 spotlights, light switch, 4 double sockets and 2 mains connected fire alarms to meet regulations
•Laminate flooring, skirting, architrave and door to match the rest of the property

Our main job last week was this quirky little media wall. A large storage unit at the bottom with a lit alcove above.
Once decorated it will be a nice feature to the ‘snug room’ of this property.
We love doing these as every one is always slightly different to the last.

Hallway & w/c mouldings with a Dado rail ran around the top.
