🛠️ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁, 𝗟𝗲𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺 🛠️

Work is nearing completion at Delamare Court, delivered on behalf of McConnell Group for PA Housing.

Our package has included:

✅ Safe removal of the existing EWI render, structural balconies and steelwork pagodas.
✅ Extensive remedial works to the existing SFS structure to bring it in line with current standards.
✅ Supply and installation of RCM Y-Wall sheathing board.
✅ Supply and installation of a new non-combustible Wetherby Wall Systems EWI render system.
✅ Supply and installation of VMZINC zinc cladding.
✅ Supply and installation of Vulcan Cladding Systems VulcaLap® aluminium rainscreen system with a wood-effect finish.
✅ Supply and installation of Rytons Building Products Ltd non-combustible fire vents.
✅ Supply and installation of extensive aluminium works, including window cills, cappings, non-combustible balcony decking and rainwater goods.

This project forms part of a wider building envelope remediation programme, improving the building’s appearance while delivering essential fire-safety, compliance and performance upgrades.

🛠️ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗧𝘂𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁, 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗸𝗲 🛠️

Works are now underway at Tudor Court, delivered for Morgan Sindall Property Services on behalf of The Guinness Partnership.

Our scope includes:

✅ Removal and disposal of existing roof coverings, leadwork, roofline and rainwater goods.
✅ Installation of new pitched roof coverings using Marley Ltd Acme Clay Plain Tiles and ancillary items.
✅ New specialist leadwork to dormers and valleys.
✅ New fascia and soffits.
✅ New guttering and downpipes.
✅ Upgraded loft insulation.

All materials sourced from our sister company, Keystone Roofing Supplies Ltd.

🛠️ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 🛠️

Progress continues across our social housing refurbishment scheme for Greyline, on behalf of Enfield Council, with the second of nine residential blocks now nearing completion.

The programme is delivering a comprehensive upgrade to the existing roof areas, including the replacement of pitched roof coverings, improvements to firestopping measures and loft insulation, specialist leadworks, and the renewal of roofline and rainwater goods.

The works also include the refurbishment of the existing finlock gutters using the Rooflock Twelve Liquid Waterproofing System.

The new roofing systems are being installed in accordance with the Marley Ltd SpecRite Guarantee, with all materials supplied through our sister company, Keystone Roofing Supplies Ltd.

Works are nearing completion at Crown Meadow, where we've have been working alongside EQUANS-Group on behalf of L&Q Homes.

Our scope of works has included:

✅ Removal and disposal of existing pitched roof coverings
✅ Installation of new pitched roofing systems using wienerberger Österreich Lindum Roof Tiles
✅ Firestopping upgrades using ROCKWOOL products
✅ Loft insulation improvements
✅ Replacement of roofline and rainwater goods

The works form part of a broader investment programme to improve the condition, safety and long-term performance of residential properties.

All materials have been supplied by our sister company, Keystone Roofing Supplies Ltd.

We’re pleased to share that our project at Berrymead, Roehampton is now nearing completion, delivered in partnership with LIFE Build Solutions Limited.

This scheme has involved a full package of roofing, waterproofing and external envelope works, helping bring the development to its final stages with durable, high-quality finishes throughout.

Our scope of works on site has included:

✅ Bauder Total Roof Waterproofing System installed to all roofs and balconies, providing long-term protection and performance
✅ Alumasc Aluminium PPC Capping, delivering a clean, robust finish to perimeter details
✅ Aluminium Rainwater Goods, combining durability with a sharp modern appearance
✅ Render works, completing the external façades to a high standard
✅ Bauder Green Roof System, adding environmental value and improved biodiversity
✅ Bauder Solar PV System, supporting sustainable energy generation for the development

A strong effort from everyone involved to get the project to this stage, and we look forward to seeing the final handover completed soon.

🚨 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱: 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲, 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗻 🚨

We’re delighted to confirm that the comprehensive design works have now been fully approved by the Building Safety Regulator, with works scheduled to commence on both towers soon.

Our £6m façade remediation package includes the supply & installation of:

✅ Wetherby Wall Systems - Non-Combustible Render System

✅ Ash & Lacy - MechSlip Brick Cladding System

This scheme will provide major fire remediation works, helping ensure long-term safety, compliance, and building performance.

We look forward to sharing progress and updates as the project moves forward.

🛠️ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗣𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀, 𝗪𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘆 🛠️

Our flat roofing renewal package is progressing well in partnership with McConnell Group.

Works include Langley Waterproofing Systems across the flat roof areas, incorporating bituminous felt to the main roof, torch-safe areas where required, and liquid waterproofing to the plant room and stairwell areas.

This forms part of a wider refurbishment scheme, including fire remediation works.

Good progress being made with further updates to follow.

Alongside pitched roof works, we're also delivering flat roofing upgrades to outbuildings for Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, on behalf of EQUANS-Group.

Delivered as part of a wider planned maintenance programme, these upgrades are aimed at prolonging building life while enhancing safety, thermal efficiency and long-term performance for residents.

Works are now underway at Harewood Terrace, working with EQUANS-Group as part of L&Q Homes’ ongoing investment programme.

This scheme focuses on bringing the existing roofs up to modern standards, both in terms of performance and long-term durability.

Scope includes:

✅ Full strip of existing pitched and flat roof coverings (circa 1,000m²)
✅ Installation of new pitched roofs with upgraded insulation to current requirements
✅ New flat roofing systems across terraces, balconies and outbuildings
✅ Firestopping upgrades throughout the roof build-up
✅ Loft insulation improvements
✅ Leadwork and detailing
✅ Replacement roofline and rainwater systems

All materials will be supplied through Keystone Roofing Supplies Ltd, ensuring consistency across the programme.
