✅ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲: 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 ✅

We’re pleased to have completed the roofing package at Willingham Primary School for Borras Construction Ltd.

The works included the supply and installation of:

✅ ROCKWOOL FLEXI insulation between the rafters
✅ ROCKWOOL HARDROCK Multi-Fix insulation above the rafters
✅ Treated counter battens and roof battens
✅ Breathable roofing membrane
✅ Cedral UK by Etex Rivendale fibre cement slates
✅ Associated eaves, verge and ridge systems

The project also required close coordination with the solar installation team to ensure the roofing and photovoltaic works were completed safely, efficiently and in the correct sequence.

All roofing materials were supplied through our sister company, Keystone Roofing Supplies Ltd.

Works are nearing completion at Tudor Court, delivered for Morgan Sindall Property Services on behalf of The Guinness Partnership.

Keystone Roofing & Facades Ltd has successfully completed the renewal of the pitched roofs using Marley Ltd Acme Ashurst plain tiles, together with the associated leadwork and thermal upgrades throughout.

Roofline and rainwater goods are now progressing as the project moves towards completion.

All materials have been supplied by our sister company, Keystone Roofing Supplies Ltd, helping to maintain a reliable and efficient supply chain throughout the works.

🛠️ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁, 𝗟𝗲𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺 🛠️

With the scaffolding now coming down, it’s fantastic to see the transformation at Delamare Court taking shape.

Delivered for McConnell Group on behalf of PA Housing, the project has been a real success for everyone involved, reflecting the strong collaboration, communication and coordination maintained throughout the works.

The external envelope has been comprehensively upgraded using Wetherby non-combustible EWI render system, VMZINC cladding and Vulcan VulcaLap aluminium rainscreen cladding with a wood-effect finish.

The result is a safer, more compliant and higher-performing building envelope, together with a significant improvement to the overall appearance of the development.

A great outcome for the client, project team and residents alike.

Works are progressing well at Willingham Primary School, where we're delivering the roofing package for Borras Construction Ltd.

Working closely with the solar installation team, our scope includes the supply and installation of:

✅ ROCKWOOL FLEXI insulation between the rafters
✅ ROCKWOOL HARDROCK Multi-Fix insulation above the rafters

We’re delighted that our Enfield Council Refurbishment Project has been shortlisted for the 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 in the ‘𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁’ category.

The recognition reflects the hard work and attention to detail shown by everyone involved in delivering the roofing works across the project.

Our façade remediation works at Delamare Court are approaching completion, delivered for McConnell Group on behalf of PA Housing.

The project has involved a comprehensive upgrade to the external envelope, including the removal of the existing EWI render, balconies and steelwork pagodas, followed by extensive remedial works to the existing SFS structure.

Our package has also included the installation of:

✅ RCM Y-Wall sheathing board
✅ Wetherby Wall Systems non-combustible EWI render
✅ VMZINC cladding
✅ Vulcan Cladding Systems VulcaLap® aluminium rainscreen cladding with a wood-effect finish
✅ Rytons Building Products Ltd non-combustible fire vents
✅ Aluminium window cills, cappings and rainwater goods
✅ Non-combustible balcony decking

The completed works will provide a safer, higher-performing and more compliant building envelope, while also delivering a significant improvement to the overall appearance of the development.

All roofs and lofts are now fully insulated, with tiling underway and specialist leadworks also progressing on site.

✅ Supply and installation of Vulcan Cladding Systems VulcaLap® aluminium rainscreen system with a wood-effect finish.
✅ Supply and installation of Rytons Building Products Ltd non-combustible fire vents.
✅ Supply and installation of extensive aluminium works, including window cills, cappings, non-combustible balcony decking and rainwater goods.

This project forms part of a wider building envelope remediation programme, improving the building’s appearance while delivering essential fire-safety, compliance and performance upgrades.

✅ Installation of new pitched roof coverings using Marley Ltd Acme Clay Plain Tiles and ancillary items.
✅ New specialist leadwork to dormers and valleys.
✅ New fascia and soffits.
✅ New guttering and downpipes.
✅ Upgraded loft insulation.

🛠️ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 🛠️

Progress continues across our social housing refurbishment scheme for Greyline, on behalf of Enfield Council, with the second of nine residential blocks now nearing completion.

The programme is delivering a comprehensive upgrade to the existing roof areas, including the replacement of pitched roof coverings, improvements to firestopping measures and loft insulation, specialist leadworks, and the renewal of roofline and rainwater goods.

The works also include the refurbishment of the existing finlock gutters using the Rooflock Twelve Liquid Waterproofing System.

The new roofing systems are being installed in accordance with the Marley Ltd SpecRite Guarantee, with all materials supplied through our sister company, Keystone Roofing Supplies Ltd.
