Register today for the Workshop on Accelerating Adoption of Structural Health Monitoring Technologies, taking place on Tuesday 20 October 2026 at the Manufacturing Technology Centre, Coventry, UK. This event is organised by the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT), in collaboration with the UK Research Centre in Non-Destructive Evaluation (RCNDE).

Choose from self-inking or rubber stamps, both featuring the PCN logo, the surname, initials and the PCN number of the holder. Coloured ink pads for rubber stamps are now available in red, green or blue. The anticipated time for delivery is within 10-14 working days from the receipt of order.

The BINDT Spotlight Talk: ‘PCN and CP16 certification update: the requirements for renewing PCN certification, including how to complete documents correctly’, was held on 17 March 2026 and was chaired by Gary Elliott, Chair of the Certification Management Committee.

The talk provided an overview of the latest PCN and CP16 certification updates, including guidance on completing certification documents, the requirements needed for renewing PCN certification and the amendments to PCN24 documents.

This covered:
• The transition from ISO 9712: 2012 to 2022
• An overview on TS 25108 and TS 25107
• Review of the PCN certification system – PCN24
• How BINDT receives its accreditation from UKAS
• An overview of the CP16 document
• The relationship between PCN24 and CP16

The Spotlight Talk concluded with a live Q&A session, where participants’ questions on PCN and CP16 certification were answered by the presenters.
