Another self-build bungalow project in Bedfordshire is officially out of the ground. 👌

Our team carried out:
• Excavations and concrete pouring.
• Blockwork
• Block and beam flooring
• Full installation of the water, electric and gas mains
• Installation of a 4,000-litre Klargester septic tank, designed to handle the demands of the wider farm.

With the foundations complete and the block and beam floor installed, the site is now tidy, out of the mud, and ready for the next phase of construction.

A great transformation from where we started, and most importantly, another happy customer who's delighted with the progress and quality of the work.

Installing the last steel beam of this project - one of the most critical steps in a structural renovation. It requires careful planning, exact measurements, and flawless ex*****on.

Our team completed this installation late into the night not only to get the beam supported but to get the opening boarded up and secure for the clients that are still living on-site.

Day 1 of installing these huge steel beams - the whole ground floor of this property will become open plan - huge shoutout to the crew and drivers who don’t mess around when it comes to being on time and being precise.

They make these steels feel light!💪🏼
