Claire in our HR department recently took on the Battle Cancer Challenge at Olympia, London 17/10, and absolutely smashed it. In her own words: "It was hard but fun."
Thanks to her incredible effort and your support, they raised a fantastic £1,115!

Every penny will be split equally to support two vital causes:

Last week, WER management surprised the team with a delicious, free authentic Thai lunch to say a huge thank you for their continuous effort.

Local mobile caterers Little Thai Elephant set up on-site, and staff queued up between shifts to grab an incredible meal. Owners Odile & Nathan kept everyone fueled with an amazing inclusive menu:
• Chicken Penang Curry
• Beef Khao Soi
• Vegetarian Pad Thai
• Stir-Fried Holy Basil with Minced Pork

From gluten-free to vegetarian options, there was something spectacular for everyone. Thank you, Little Thai Elephant—we hope to have you back soon! 🐘

What is Battle Cancer?
It’s an intense, 90-minute hybrid fitness challenge built on endurance, high-energy teamwork, and pure grit.
All funds raised will be split equally between two vital charities:

Nothing boosts team morale quite like a visit from the ice cream van. Last week, we took a quick break to enjoy some fresh soft serve from Sam's Ice Cream, and it was the perfect way to cool down.

A huge thank you to our team for their hard work, and to Sam's Ice Cream for bringing the treats to us. Taking time for these small moments of appreciation goes a long way in keeping everyone motivated and energised.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, the Mental Health Foundation is encouraging everyone to take action to support good mental health. Small and positive actions can make a real difference.

Our Mental Health First Aiders and H&S team, came together for a litter pick, to support wellbeing, connection, and community.

We are so proud of Harwinder for taking part in the TCS London Marathon 2026 on Sunday 26th April and raising money for the charity Mind 🏃‍♀️💙

Mind provides vital advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem, while fighting to improve services and ensure no one has to face these challenges alone.

Good Luck to Harv & all the runners on their 26.2 mile journey on Sunday!

We are proud to announce our recent sponsorship of Star Kickboxing Gym in Gravesend. This partnership is close to home. Several of our own employees and their families are active members of the gym. We’ve loved hearing first-hand accounts of the positive changes—from children gaining newfound confidence to improved fitness levels across the board.

Our contribution has allowed the gym to undergo essential upgrades, including Roof Reconditioning and LED Lighting Installation.

A family-run, champion-building club, offering classes seven days a week in kickboxing, Ladies only Kickboxing, K1 and boxing for all levels and ages 4yrs and above.
