The final stages are starting to take shape.

The progress and transformation of this full renovation and extension in Norfolk over the past few months is really beginning to come together.

Externally, the new brickwork is taking shape and the windows are now in, while inside the property has been plastered, floor tiles are being laid and the bathrooms are progressing.

There’s still plenty happening behind the scenes, but with the homeowners hoping to be in for Christmas, it’s very much the final push now.

A huge amount of work has gone into this project so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing all of the finishing details come together over the coming weeks.

A look back at one of our previous projects.

Clean lines, natural tones and a really considered finish throughout. From the bespoke joinery and kitchen detailing to the built-in seating, bedroom and bathroom, every part of this space has been finished with care.

Projects like this are a great example of the standard we aim for across all of our work - practical, beautifully finished and built to last.

From an empty plot to six riverside apartments. What a transformation. 👏

A little look back at Yarmouth Road, captured earlier this year when this site looked very different to the one we’re seeing today.

This has been an ongoing project for the BJC team for several months, and while we’re not quite at the finish line yet, it’s incredible to look back and see just how far it has come.

The top floor is complete, with the middle floor and ground floor both well underway as these six riverside apartments move closer and closer to completion.

Projects of this scale rarely come without their challenges, but that’s all part of the process. The team have continued to push forward, problem-solve and bring the plans to life and the transformation speaks for itself.

We’re looking forward to sharing the finished result, but for now, these felt well worth a look back. 👏

An incredible project that we’ve been working on for some time, and one that is now getting very close to completion.

The gym at Birchwood House is almost complete, and the craftsmanship in this space really deserves a closer look.

From the bespoke carpentry and beautifully detailed slatted timber work to the built-in storage and soft microcement finish, every element has been carefully considered and executed to a really high standard.

The final finishing touches are now underway, bringing together a calm, refined space that feels completely bespoke to the property.

A little throwback to one of BJC Construction’s completed projects 👏🏼

From the initial strip-out and major internal works through to underfloor heating, new flooring, fresh finishes and a completely transformed kitchen and living space, it’s amazing to see just how much changed throughout this project.

A great example of how much potential can be unlocked in an existing home with the right planning and workmanship.

Riverside Apartments, Norwich | Progress Update

Things are really starting to come together across this project now.

The top floor is almost complete, with just the final finishing touches being carried out. The second floor is well underway too, with kitchens and bathrooms fitted and painting and decorating progressing throughout.

Down on the lower level, the kitchens and bathrooms are going in and the decorating stages are beginning.

A few snapshots from around the development showing just how much progress has been made. It’s been a big project for the BJC Construction team and we’re getting very close to seeing the finished result now.

A closer look at last week’s progress in Aylsham 👷‍♂️

This project is really starting to take shape, with plenty happening both inside and out.

Upstairs had been fully plastered, downstairs was insulated and boarded ready for the next stage, and work was continuing across the extension as the whole space moved another step closer to completion.

These photos were taken during last week’s visit, so we’re looking forward to seeing how much has changed since then.

Work is progressing well on this ongoing build, with the structure really starting to come together and the next stages now underway.

There’s still plenty to do, but it’s always good to look back and see how much has already changed.

It’s the details that are making this project something really special.

The kitchen renovation at this property is now well underway, and one of the standout features is this timber-finished ceiling.

With the ceiling sitting at almost double-height, the scale of the space is already impressive, and adding this warm wood finish completely transforms the feel of the room.

Alongside the stone cladding and the other bespoke details throughout the property, this kitchen is starting to become another incredible part of the wider renovation.

There’s still plenty to come, but the finished result is going to be something special.
