♿ Level Access Transformation Complete

Another accessibility project successfully completed by the team.

Works included:
✔ Removal of the existing steps, handrails and French doors
✔ Construction of a new reinforced concrete access ramp and landing
✔ Installation of new galvanised handrails with coated handgrips
✔ Supply and installation of a new uPVC door set with full-height glazed side panel and level access threshold
✔ Associated making good and external finishing works

Another level access shower transformation completed by the team 🚿✨

For this project, we completely reconfigured the existing layout to create a much more practical and accessible showering space for the client.

Works included:
• Full strip out
• Removal of the dividing wall between the bedroom and existing bathroom
• Formation of new stud wall to enlarge the level access shower area
• Installation of new level access shower area with wall boarding and safety flooring
• New sanitaryware, grab rails and accessibility features
• New electrics, ventilation and finishing works throughout
• Installation of 2 new UPVC doors

The extra space has completely transformed the usability of this bathroom while giving it a much brighter, cleaner and modern finish 👌

Another brilliant effort from all of the operatives involved in this one. The care, workmanship and attention to detail from the team was excellent throughout, we really do appreciate the hard work our lads put into every project 👏

From outside WC to a fully functioning level access shower room 🚿✨

This project involved transforming an old external toilet/ utility area into a modern, practical and accessible shower room for the client.

Works included:
• Full strip out and reconfiguration
• Formation of new internal access
• New insulation, flooring and ceiling works
• Installation of underfloor heating
• New UPVC window installation
• Altro safety flooring and wall boarding
• New ventilation, lighting and electrics
• Installation of level access shower, WC and grab rails
• Finishing carpentry and decoration throughout

A huge transformation creating a much warmer, safer and more usable space 👌

A massive well done to all of the team involved in this project, a brilliant standard of work from everyone throughout. We truly value our operatives and the hard work, care and attention they put into every job day in, day out 👏
