🫀 Restart a Heart Week 🫀

Every year, Restart a Heart Day raises awareness of cardiac arrest and the importance of learning CPR and life-saving skills that could help save a life.

Our very own TrainEEAST team, Jess and Hannah, have put together a short video demonstrating how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Knowing what to do in those first few critical minutes can make all the difference. That's why we're encouraging everyone to take a few moments to watch the video and learn more about the simple actions that could help save someone's life.

☀️🚑Summer may be nearly over, but there’s been no slowing down at TrainEEAST.

Over the past few months, our trainers have been busy delivering courses across the East of England and beyond.

From Management of Falls, Basic Life Support, D13, FREC 3, and Moving & Handling courses, we've been supporting organisations, learners, and communities with high-quality, clinician-led training.

We've delivered training in a variety of settings, including a trip to Center Parcs Sherwood Forest, where we worked with their team to develop essential skills and knowledge.
