Assured Builders had the privilege at working at this amazing property in Drayton ..

The amount of hardworking man hours on this project was really appreciated from everyone involved

We installed all new fencing around the garden , laid around 80m2 square metres of porcelain slabs , prepared and laid new turf ,

adding some decorative stones and some nice sleeper work around the tree on the fence line

also built a fantastic new workshop at the bottom of the garden. Adding a new concrete pad and brickwork

Also James for his amazing carpentry skill on the workshop

Assured builders was asked to step in and complete this job in Sprowston after a previous builder stopped turning up …..

•We completed all brickwork ,
• constructed a warmer roof
• added a epdm rubber roof
• also re - boarded and felted the existing garage roof . Also adding new 6 by 2 timbers
• added a 2 metre by 1 metre skylight.
• concreted oversite and screed floor to existing floor levels
• and completed all drainage.

This client is so happy to finally get there home back after being messed previously…
Would like to thank my team for outstanding workmanship throughout..

Assured builders recently completed this job at Stoke holy Cross in Norwich…

A garage which had previously been badly designed and was in need of some repairs due to water entering all way round the building…

Underneath the decking area we added a retaining sleeper wall after removing several tuns of soil , we also built a small blockwork wall and black jacked it and added some shingle for good drainage …

To the rear of the building we removed several old bushes and also several tun of high soil which was entering the building and built some additional steps to coincide with the existing steps , also built a retaining blockwork wall and another wall to the back of the garage and also added another entrance (door ) into the garage as well as a nice side gate …

Also to the side of the garage we built another sleeper wall to retain soil which was previously to high and also causing problems .. and added a nice shingle path way .

New fascia’s - soffits were added in anthacite grey and also new guttering

Existing flat roof - an arris was added and new felt applied so rain water could now run into new gutters.

All drainage also complete and aco drains also added . As well as a smaller section of garage floor re concreted.

One very happy customer. Great job from the full team. Working in hard, hot 🥵 conditions
