Archidite is thrilled to announce a successful Grand Design planning application.

South Norfolk Council today granted full planning permission for an exciting private residential scheme located on Norwich Road, Stoke Holy Cross.

The clients’ brief is to design and build a modern, unique and highly functional family home that supports their wish of a green and healthy lifestyle. A home that will support multi-generational living and which is both environmentally friendly and highly sustainable. This will be achieved through detailed architectural specification and the incorporation of renewables and low impact methods of construction and materials.

Our contemporary design approach is that which makes the best use of the most up-to-date materials and ideas in both the technical and aesthetic sense.
The fact that some of it may have been done before is not relevant. A contemporary design can either involve new materials and technology used in a traditional format or the use of traditional materials in a new and innovative design or it can be a combination of both, it enables both originality, utility and the house is unlikely to look much like its neighbours.

We look forward to developing the project on site very soon.

Coronavirus & Lockdown:

We've never experienced anything like this before.
Everyone seems to be holding their breath and just waiting for something to happen.
We're concerned for our friends and loved ones and ourselves and not quite sure when things will go back to normal.

But we know they will.

In the meantime, we've taken the decision as a team to get our heads down and keep busy.

While it’s the best time for you to plan for the future and look at it in a positive way. You can send us your enquiries, briefs, plans, product sourcing queries and anything else that you need help with.
We can create quotations, work schedules and get most of the design work done now, making things ready to when you eventually decide starting on your projects.

Now is a time to stay home and follow the advice that the Government are giving us so that's what we will do.

But we won't sit idle.

There's a lot of work to be done, so let's keep positive & busy.
