This project was completed the week before Christmas, lots of structural changes to open up the kitchen, dining room, utility room and sunroom into one large open space. So much work carried out here, all new electrics and plumbing to this space, new tiled flooring throughout, new gorgeous kitchen and utility installed, new door openings with new doors and windows, new flat roof EPDM covering and new sky lights…plus lots more! Entrance hall and Stairs Glow up!

This entrance hall is a great size but lacked storage. We constructed these bespoke push to open cupboards under the stairs. There was no heating in this area, so the first job was to install a new decorative radiator. We then changed the banisters, newel posts, installed oak base rail, handrail and newel caps.
