The buildings real I've just got AI to turn it in to a nursery. These come with an high spec as standard like air conditioning electric curtains/blinds too much to mention. We are offering these now for £64,400 that includes installation groundwork's and connections. This is based on 11.5m x 3.4m it's around 36 sqm of floor space after taking walls in to consideration.

Our latest nursery build is stunning.
The lovely neighbours threw everything at this to try and block this from happening.
After a year and a half it went to a committee and we won the decision.
There's been a long standing waiting list for children's places in this area and now they can be filled.
We've had to do some unusual work like building it on 2 meter groundscrews because it's on a flood risk area.
We've installed them a new fence,
Wooden trellises to give the neighbours privacy.
If you need to expand but your worried you might Might not get planning granted.

Work started today on this new private day nursery build in Attenborough.
It's been a long road going through planning it's been nearly a year and a half.
The planning consultants at napc_uk finally got it through.
We've got to build this one meter up from ground level because apparently it's in a flood risk area even though there's never been a flood on record 🤷🏼‍♂️

Another nursery room for toddlers complete.
This is for a returning client up in Liverpool,
We started this a week late but managed to finish it a week early due to lots of hours being thrown at it.
It's impossible to give the exact start date due to variations and extras that need doing but we always keep our promise.
