Improve Your Production Process with customised prepared vegetables

As a specialist in producing and delivering these freshly cut products, we can save you a lot of time. By ordering semi-finished products according to your wishes, your production process will be much more efficient. This will also reduce the pressure on labour. Flexible
We can supply our main product, bell pepper, either prepared or unprepared. We are flexible in terms of volume, also in relation to contractual agreements. You can change your volume of prepared products every week and convert it to unprepared if this flexibility is required for your forecasts. We can offer this flexibility thanks to our cooperation with our sister company Rainbow International, as part of Harvest House.

CORED BELL PEPPER

A cored bell pepper is a bell pepper that has its stem, core, and seeds removed completely. They are removed without cutting the bell pepper in half or pieces. You can fill cored bell pepper directly with, for example, minced meat, vegetables, or rice. This makes them extremely suitable for meat processors, meal producers, catering, and foodservice suppliers.

Halved and cored

In addition to whole cored bell peppers, we can also supply halved cored bell peppers. For presentation reasons, we can deliver them with or without a stem. Just like the whole cored bell pepper, this type is often used for filling. We select peppers that have a curved shape for this product to prevent them from being damaged during processing.
Whole and halved filled bell peppers can be prepared in various ways. For example, on the BBQ or in the oven.

Machine filling

Thanks to our unique processing method, the filling quantity of the bell pepper can be determined to within 10 grams. It makes machine-filling with rice, vegetables, or meat possible in an efficient way. This way we make further processing as easy as possible for our customers.

Different sizes

We have cored and halved peppers available in different sizes and weights. This allows our customers to produce them in consumer packaging suitable for a starter, main or side dish.

Fresh from the grower

As part of .nl , we have short lines of communication with salad growers. By working directly with a grower, we have year-round availability and can produce fresh products daily.

Peeled Parsnip
We need not tell you how popular parsnips are in England. Not only in winter, but all year round, this “white carrot” is high on the shopping list of both the professional and the amateur cook.

Peeling parsnips is a labour-intensive job, especially with large quantities. Reason enough for us to include parsnip in our assortment. We are happy to take the peeling of parsnips off your hands. Especially when it comes to larger volumes.

Fresh production
Parsnips are freshly harvested by our grower from July to the end of April. During that period, we will add the vegetables to our range. Just like our other products, we buy the parsnips directly from the grower and then process them in our modern, innovative production hall.

Larger volumes
To save you valuable time and effort, we offer peeled fresh parsnip. Due to a-b deliveries and short lines, we are also flexible in processing larger volumes. The grower delivers products optimal for our cutting process, which makes the pricing interesting as well. This applies to almost our entire range.

We supply peeled parsnip in packs of 10 kg. If you have other wishes or ideas, let us know. We are happy to find a suitable solution for you.

Diced bell pepper chips and diced onion chips

Bell pepper cubes of 30x30mm, are more and more often mechanically put together with meat on skewers or brochettes. As machines can only work with perfect cubes, a relatively increasing percentage of cubes or chips does not pass the selection. This waste product arises for example due to the natural curves of bell peppers and onions.

Bell pepper and onion cubes that cannot be processed mechanically are ideal for vegetable cutting companies and meal manufacturers where the product will be heated or processed in a wet salad or sauce for example. The green pepper cubes can still be processed as fresh, due to the slightly longer shelf life. The red chips can only be processed fresh if a maximum ‘best before’ of 5 days is sufficient.

There are both fine and coarse chips available. Fine chips are ideal for processing in sauces. All varieties are available year-round with large volumes between week 12 and 35.

With these chips you not only have a fresh product for the lowest price, but you also help to reduce food waste!
