It’s that time of year again when we welcome a student into our workplace for their work experience placement.

This year, we had the pleasure of hosting Gian, a student from a local school in Aspley.

In an era where many young people are drawn toward social media and online influence, it was truly refreshing to meet someone like Gian—practically minded, hands-on, and eager to learn.

Under close supervision in the workshop, Gian quickly demonstrated his aptitude by successfully cutting, bending, expanding, and brazing copper pipes within just a few hours.

We also provided him with the opportunity to gain experience on-site, giving him a first-hand look at our day-to-day operations and work environment.

We hope this experience has inspired him to consider a future in the trades and helped ignite a lasting interest in the industry.

We recently completed a domestic air conditioning installation in Keyworth, just in time for the warmer weather.

The project involved the installation of two wall-mounted indoor units, both connected to a single outdoor condenser. Once commissioned, this A++ energy-rated system quickly brought both bedrooms down to a comfortable 19°C.

We recently completed the installation of a wall-mounted Fujitsu unit in a garden office, which we were able to accommodate within our schedule this week.

Once operational, this A++ energy-rated system efficiently reduced the internal room temperature from nearly 26°C to a comfortable 19.5°C within just 30 minutes. After reaching the set temperature, the unit maintained the climate while drawing only 1.1 amps—equating to just over a quarter of a kilowatt.
