Job Title: Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Sail Construction Ltd, a growing and dynamic construction company based in Long Eaton, is looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support our busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a flexible part-time role with a supportive and friendly company.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and management
• Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails
• Maintain records, filing systems, and databases
• Assist with scheduling meetings, site diaries, and coordinating appointments
• Adhoc general office duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations
About You
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (construction industry experience a plus, but not essential)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
