Planning approved. The next chapter begins.
In our world, seeing is believing. You cannot truly understand what a world-class home cinema feels like from a spec sheet. You cannot appreciate the difference integrated lighting makes to a room from a brochure. You cannot know what a golf simulator feels like until you are standing on that plate, club in hand, playing St Andrews.
That has always been the purpose of The Old Sub Station. With Phase 2, we are taking it to another level entirely.
21,000 sq ft. Three storeys. A rooftop terrace. Five cinema rooms, one of which will be 2,000 sq ft. A golf simulator unlike anything in this country. And a set of claims we will be making about this building that, once you have visited, you will understand completely.
We will share more very soon. But honestly, some things need to be seen to be believed.
📍 But Phase 2 is about more than us.
Our industry has a geography problem. The best venues, the biggest events, the most valuable conversations all happen in London. For integrators, designers, suppliers and specifiers across the Midlands and the North, that means time, cost and barriers that simply should not exist.
We are building Phase 2 to change that. A space where the conversation does not always have to happen 120 miles south. And where architects and designers can experience how technology integrates seamlessly, invisibly, without compromise on design.
