🤝 Volunteers' Week | 1–7 June 🤝

Across the Construction, Precast and Manufacturing sectors, volunteering plays an important role in creating social value, strengthening local communities, and supporting causes that matter.

At Net Temps, we're proud to contribute to our own charitable events, as well as work alongside clients and supply chain partners who actively support community engagement initiatives and encourage their teams to get involved in volunteering opportunities.

Whether it's fundraising, mentoring, supporting local projects, or giving back through charitable initiatives, every contribution helps build stronger communities and creates lasting impact.

At Net Temps, we're incredibly passionate about our work supporting clients and workers across the UK, and we're equally as passionate about our culture and having fun! We celebrate staff birthdays, internal victories, and reward our hardworking team fairly - and above the 'standard' for recruitment companies.

We also have a busy social calendar throughout the year, which includes celebration days/ nights, as well as activities across our social values - one of which, took place on Saturday: the Net Temps crew took on Kinder Scout for The Lighthouse Charity to fundraise and generally get our boots dirty.

And what a day it was 🥾⛰️ 5 hours of pure teamwork, a few breathless moments, and plenty of laughs to conquer the highest peak in the Peak District. We definitely earned that well-deserved drink at the local pub afterwards. 🍻Here's some behind the scenes photos of our hike:
