We feel very privileged, that a family we recently worked for have asked us to come back and give their driveway and front garden a complete overhaul….its refreshing to fit in some smaller jobs alongside the big builds we do.

Our friends put us in contact with the incredibly talented designer who was looking for a local building company after moving back home to

Designed by the award winning architect this isn’t your average build. A stunning extension with beautiful brick details, slimline glazing and a sedum roof are just a few of the design features. There is also a first floor remodel to create better sized rooms and a stunning double aspect stairwell lit by a huge roof light in the opened up loft space.

This really is a dream job to get the go ahead on. We couldn’t be more excited to get started later in the year. 🙏🏼.

PLEASE READ THE FIRST PHOTO….its worth it….I know most people will be put off by a long read but it’s important……sometimes jobs come along that change you as a company and open your eyes as people. This is one of those….it’s the first time we have worked on an accessible living build and it has given us all a new way of appreciating what we do as a professions. Accessible living is a must and a need for people, so it adds a level of importance and responsibility to the project. We have now started working closer with our local council and have more accessible living jobs lined up. It’s nice to make a difference to people whose homes have been negatively impacting their lives. ❤️❤️❤️. INTERNAL PHOTOS TO FOLLOW

So where to start with this one……..effectively everything you see is being ripped out, including the existing loft and the existing extension even the two staircases are coming out and being upgraded. We’ve been working behind the scenes with our clients for a while now and we’re just so happy to get the design over the line and we can’t wait to get stuck in…..❤️
