The customer’s bedroom was experiencing significant heat loss due to a lack of insulation in the dormer window wall. To resolve this, we installed insulation to improve thermal efficiency and overall comfort.

The room was then fully re-plastered to achieve a clean, high-quality finish. A new uPVC window board was installed, along with new skirting to complete the space. Additionally, two double electrical sockets were fitted to enhance functionality.

We also supplied and installed new plaster coving, carefully matched to the existing design to ensure a seamless appearance.

Overall, the project was completed to a high standard, resulting in a well-finished room that will be noticeably warmer and more comfortable during the winter months.

The customer requested the removal of existing bushes and the installation of a fence to fully enclose their garden, creating a blank canvas for future landscaping and design. We were pleased to carry out the work and deliver a clean, secure space ready for transformation. Check out the before pictures in the comments.

The customer requested electrical outlets around the decking area; therefore, two IP66-rated sockets were installed on either side to provide safe and weatherproof power access.

Additionally, the customer required individual temperature control for each radiator. To facilitate this, the pipework was reconfigured and the radiators were repiped to accommodate the installation of thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) and lockshield valves. Existing twin-entry radiator valves were removed and replaced accordingly.

The customer had a rips in their felt roof causing the timber underneath the roof to ron start rotting! They got us in before damage got to bad! We replaced the rotten timber for new and refelted the roof for them now santa doesn’t need to bring a new shed!
