Far will offer its services in the design and conceptualization of new products and services, specializing in low carbon vehicles. The business will offer its clients a range of services from day rate contracting on specific projects or manufacture of specific components for parts of projects through to a full service proposition. For example, in the full service, Far will design the key structural elements of carbon fibre vehicles, build and validate the prototypes for the client and then offer the on-going supply of structural elements or transfer the key technologies so that the customers can build their own vehicles. This may include the production of small runs of vehicles for road testing and publicity as well as the design and laying out of factories for clients to initiate their own production. Far is also working with a range of non-automotive customers where the core skills the company possess can offer real added value to those customers.
