Amazing what a 3 meter extension across the whole back of the house can create. 1st picture shows the existing room. Only 3 meters wide but 9m long. Clients struggling to get a kitchen with island in . I suggested saving money on some alterations to the 1st floor and concentrating on the main living area's as the have 2 small children. Once given the go ahead we built the extension under permitted development so saving on the architect fees. Inserted 6 large steels and removed the rear of the existing property. They will eventually have Amazing views from the moment they walk through the front door. Updates coming soon

A mixture of old slate. New fibre cement slate and 60m2 of rubber roof. Thanks Daz Wright . To create a water tight shell in Netherfield. The Old Natwest Bank will be 3 x 1 bed. 1 x two bed and a 2 bed duplex apartment. Large retail unit below. Directly onto the High Street. All available mid September.

A big thanks to Bestmix Concrete and Screed for there help Friday sending in a second load at such short notice. Also Alpha Concrete for there lads in doing a great job. It only took me the morning to build the 9 x 3m foundation

1st floor extension finally started at the Old Natwest Bank which eventually will become 5 apartments and retail unit. Jobby trying to look busy🤣. Poor lad has worked hard today carrying everything thing up stairs. Bless him😇

A very difficult and a hugh amount of effort went into this small bay roof to complete this loft conversion. Slate. Rubber. Parapet wall. Copings and lead work. Nailed by Darren Wright. Good job .

16 steels inserted and positioned to a first floor flat roof. The actual roof is around 2 foot thick reinforcedconcrete. It formed the ceiling to the vaults of the former bank. Its now ready to build on. Turning it into a duplex apartment which will eventually turn this old bank into 5 luxury apartments.

A view of Nottingham City and the City ground where Nottingham Forest play. Just to left is the amazing cricket ground but out of shot. This will be the view of a large shaped window i am constructing in a new loft conversion in West Bridgford.
