A huge congratulations to Mark Neale, our Process Improvement Manager, who has reached an incredible 20 years of service at Badgemaster! 🎉
Mark first joined us in our Cutting department many moons ago, before taking a short career break. Thankfully, he found his way back to us, and this award marks 20 years of service in his second stint with Badgemaster.
Ask pretty much anyone at Badgemaster and they'll have something positive to say about Mark. He's known for being friendly, approachable and always willing to lend a helping hand, whether that's answering a tricky question, sharing his knowledge or finding a way to fix whatever problem has landed on his desk!
His colleagues describe him as a fantastic team player, incredibly knowledgeable and, perhaps most importantly, someone who genuinely cares about the people around him. He's always happy to get involved and brings plenty of good humour to the workplace too.
With an incredible depth of experience and knowledge of the business, Mark is someone colleagues know they can turn to when they need a helping hand. As one colleague put it: “You have a problem, bring it to him and the job is as good as done.”
