Rear Extension & Full Renovation Project

Part 1 (extension)

Here’s a look at a job we completed recently. This project involved removing an existing conservatory and constructing a brand-new rear extension to create a spacious kitchen–diner, downstairs toilet, and utility room. We then transformed the original kitchen into a bright and practical playroom.

Inside the main house, we opened up the space by removing the dividing wall (including the old fireplace) between the dining room and living room. Structural steelwork was installed to support the upper walls and floor joists, resulting in a modern, open-plan layout with improved flow throughout the home.

A great transformation and a huge upgrade in functionality for the clients.

✨ Porcelain Patio Transformation ✨
We recently completed this stunning porcelain patio, replacing the old concrete paths with sleek new porcelain paving. The project also included adding two bespoke steps and cladding an existing block wall with natural stone, completely revitalising the outdoor space.

A fresh, modern look that’s made a big difference to the property!

Quick re roof !
we were asked to put new breathable felt and battens on re using the old roof tiles adding fascia vents and a dry ridge system which helps with damp and condensation in the roof space 👍🏻
