Project completed and handed over – ready for tenanting.

We’ve recently completed the refurbishment of a 3-bed apartment in Edgeley, Stockport, upgrading the property to meet current HMO standards while significantly improving the overall look and feel to create an attractive, compliant rental apartment.

Scope of works included:
Full internal refurbishment
Complete rewire
New plumbing system throughout
Formation and installation of 3 new en-suite bathrooms
Fire doors, skirting boards and architraves throughout
New kitchen
Decoration and new floor finishes

This was a fast-track turnaround for our client, bringing tired housing stock up to regulation and back on the market quickly and efficiently.
