A few photos from Tracy’s Big Bennachie Sleep Out last night🏕️⛰️

She was joined by her future son-in-law, James (better known as Bear Grylls! 😄) and her 9-year-old grandson, Jayce.

It was a challenging night with 20 mph winds and temperatures dropping to just 4°C at the Mither Tap but they dug deep and saw it through, all to raise money for VSA and the incredible work they do supporting people across the North East of Scotland.

Every year, TC likes to take on a fundraising challenge that’s a little different… and this year is no exception! 😅

Over the years she’s:
🥾 Climbed Bennachie every day for a month.
👔 Completed the “Dress the Director” challenge every day for a month.
🪂 Even taken on a skydive… although she says that definitely won’t be happening again!

This year’s challenge will be challenging…

🏕️ She will be spending a night sleeping at the summit of Bennachie.

Standing 528 metres (1,732 feet) above sea level, the summit is fully exposed to the elements, with cold overnight temperatures and winds making it far more challenging than it might first appear.

She’s taking on the challenge to raise money for VSA supporting the incredible work they do for people across our local communities.

☀️ Yesterday, the ITC team got together for our Summer BBQ! 🍔

We enjoyed fantastic food from
Presly and Co Butchers in Oldmeldrum, plenty of laughs, and a quiz from Ian Clark that definitely reminded us we’re not quite as clever as we thought we were… the scores were very questionable! 🤣🧠

The fun continued with a selection of games, including Plunger, Twister, Dominoes and Jenga, bringing out everyone’s competitive side and creating plenty of laugh-out-loud moments. 🎯🎲🧩

It was great to take some time away from the day-to-day, relax, laugh and spend quality time together as a team. 😊🙌

At just 23 years old, Alan suffered a stroke and is now hoping to receive life-changing stem cell treatment to aid his recovery.
